Weekly food & fitness plan 3/23/14

I am SO nervous to teach at Reebok today!

I’m afraid no one will be there. Or like, two people. I guess if that happens I just have to embrace the awkwardness, teach, and go home, but I hate awkwardness so I’m still nervous. So let’s focus on the rest of the week instead, shall we?

MEALS

One of my brothers and his friend are coming to stay with us for a couple days this week (so excited!), so making our dinner plan was a little trickier than usual. I’m used to just cooking for two!

Monday: Corn and avocado pasta {recipe}

Tuesday: Easy parmesan zucchini {recipe}

Wednesday: Black bean spinach enchiladas {recipe}

Thursday: Cashew thai quinoa salad {recipe}

Friday: Falafel, hummus, and veggies {recipe}

Saturday: Mexican tofu scramble

Sunday: Something easy after groceries

WORKOUTS

So far, ZCUT Power Strength is just as great as I hoped. I only fit it in a couple times last week (I was sidelined a few days because I wasn’t feeling great), but I loved the two that I did! Once I’ve gotten through more of the workouts, I’ll have a more detailed review coming your way.

I’m hoping to fit in a few more this week, but it may be tough with visitors. It’s not that I mind working out while they are here, it’s just that there’s no more room in my apartment.

Monday: Yoga + ZCUT PS3 + abs

Tuesday: Yoga + ZCUT PS4

Wednesday: Yoga + teach Zumba

Thursday: Hopefully I’ll squeeze in a little yoga, but otherwise, rest day!

Friday: Yoga + super legs supersets + TRX (arms, back, abs)

Saturday: Yoga + spinning or run (if the weather is nice)

Sunday: Yoga (Ashtanga Primary Series)

Questions: What’s on your schedule this week? How do you fit in workouts when you have guests?

    I totally agree with the serving size thing. I am living alone right now, so when others come over, I find it hard to adjust my portion sizes, especially as I eat so much more than one portion and I make enough for leftovers. I never end up making enough as I assume it will be big enough! Your meal plan looks pretty darn good, and I am sure your guests will love it! Have fun 🙂

    I hope the teaching at Reebok went well!!
    I’m one of those who tend to err on the side of making too much food when we have company over – good thing my husband and boys are good about eating left-overs!
